In order to properly evaluate a publication proposal we need to
receive certain essential information. All works offered to us are
carefully reviewed for their quality, suitability, originality and
current information. Please include a cover letter, personal resume,
synopsis, chapter-by-chapter outline, and three consecutive
chapters. Please include any accompanying artwork.
Please
do not send any hand written manuscripts.
Cover Letter
Be sure to include the following:

Your name

Complete address

Please list any
titles, publishers, and publication dates of any previous books,
journal articles or presentations you have authored or co-authored

Tentative book title
-
Estimated length of
the book
-
Number of tables
and/or figures
-
Describe any special
features of the book
i.e.: each chapter contains suggested readings
-
What do you see as
the main selling points
-
How is the book
unique
-
The intended
readership
Outline
-
Include a brief
summary of each chapter, less than 500 words.

Three
Consecutive Chapters
-
Send the three
chapters that express your originality, subject matter, and
writing quality the best.
Please keep a copy of your manuscript for your own
files as we do not return the proposals.
Please be aware that we have an enormous number of
proposals to read and that it is not unusual for the process to take
many months. We appreciate your patience.
We will notify the author upon receipt of material.
