Policies: Substitution and Cancellations
Substitutions:
You can substitute someone in your place if you cannot attend.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance.
Cancel your registration:
Should you not be able to attend and need to cancel your registration, you will need to contact us three (3) business days before the date of the conference or as soon as you are aware of a conflict. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.
Cancellation by Future Horizons:
Refunds are available in case of conference cancellation by Future Horizons. Refunds may take up to two business days.
